At Apex Health and Performance, we respect your time and strive to manage our schedule efficiently for all clients. This Cancellation Policy clearly explains the rules for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Notice Requirements and Fees
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.
24 hours or more notice: Cancellations or rescheduling are free (subject to availability for a new time).
Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: A fixed cancellation fee of $70 applies.
For specialised or longer appointments, additional notice may be required. Any stricter conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. In these cases, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative time at no extra cost.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please provide your name, the appointment date and time, and your booking reference (if available). We will confirm your request within 24 business hours.
Refunds and Fees
Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice will receive a full refund to the original payment method, typically processed within 5–10 business days.
The fixed $70 cancellation fee for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows is non-refundable. We do not charge this fee if the cancellation is caused by our own scheduling error or unexpected closure.
Special Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, family issues, or other unforeseen events, please mention the details when contacting us. We will review each case individually and aim to offer a fair solution, such as a credit toward a future appointment.
